My ABC's :-)

Yesterday I suggested one of my favorite processes for raising your vibration easily and rapidly. I mentioned in the post that I would share what I came up with in doing the exercise myself. So as promised, here is my list of high vibrating words from A to Z that answer the question: "What do I want to feel now and more often in my experience?" Enjoy!

Wow, this process is just as amazing when you go back through and write it down a second time! When I initially sat down to write this post I was feeling pretty emotionally neutral, maybe even dipping slightly towards negative emotion, and now I honestly feel amazing! I feel clear-minded, I'm breathing deeply, I feel calm and inspired and I just feel a general sense of eagerness for no specific reason. You've really got to give this a try! And remember - have fun with it!
